Yoga, which I initially adopted as a treatment method following my herniated disc diagnosis, evolved into a practice for both my physical and mental well-being over time. By gaining a deeper understanding of the body through alignment and mindful observation during slow-paced flows, I discovered its incredible capabilities, opening up a whole new path in life.

As you continue to practice, both mentally and physically, you become more attuned to the sensations and changes within your body and mind.
