After having lived for years in Italy (Tuscany) and in London for study and work, we are now back in the Netherlands. I have a teaching degree from the University of London and I have more than 10 years of teaching language lessons; all ages and all levels. Whether you want to improve your English reading skills; vacation Italian wants to learn if you want to expand your vocabulary and listening skills; everything is possible. I always fully adapt to the wishes and level of my student. Some learn better with a book; others prefer to do a lot of conversation. Still others like to learn about the culture and customs of a country. With my background in opera singing, I have a broad knowledge of both the language and culture of Italy and I enjoy sharing this knowledge! Singing is a unique yet age-old way to express yourself, to relax; to have fun. Learn the basic techniques of breathing and voice use, get to know beautiful music (with fun background facts of course) and get started with beautiful arias and songs. Just at your home. Graduated as a performing and teaching singer with a Masters from the Royal Academy of Music and LRAM teaching certificate, I have the right knowledge to help you discover your voice and develop your technique. We work on posture, breath, musicality and use of voice. In addition to experience as a performing singer, I also gave singing lessons and Italian language lessons for years, in different countries.
