As a Master's student in sports science at the University of Lausanne, I have always been passionate about sports and training. Since childhood, I have participated in various sports such as football, swimming, weightlifting, calisthenics, and climbing. However, the sport I have practiced most and still practice today at a competitive level is athletics. Thanks to my athletic and academic background, I have developed a solid understanding of training and physical conditioning. I have also had the opportunity to coach and mentor athletes. I have organized and led strength training sessions and worked as a strength and conditioning coach for national-level ultimate frisbee players. I have also played ultimate frisbee myself. In parallel, I also had the opportunity to coach in athletics, which allowed me to gain experience in sports coaching and in adapting training to the needs of each person. I offer personalized sports coaching sessions tailored to each individual's goals. Training can include general fitness, muscle strengthening, improving physical condition, or athletic preparation. Sessions are structured, progressive, and adapted to each person's level, from beginners to those already active. My goal is to help each client improve their physical fitness, health, and confidence through effective and motivating training.
