We can learn together: • The basics: mouse, keyboard, desktop, opening/closing a program • Files & folders: finding a document, organizing, renaming, saving in the right place • Internet: searches, passwords, basic security, avoiding scams • Emails: sending an email, adding an attachment, replying, organizing your inbox • Windows: useful settings, updates, common problems (sound, printer, slowness, etc.) • Word / Excel / Outlook (beginner level): writing a clean document, creating a simple table, organizing your emails My method We progress at your own pace, with plenty of practice: we do it together, then you do it again.
