Hi, I am Sandra, I speak German as a r language. I was born in Germany and I studied as a German teacher. I have learned several high-level speeches (French, English, Hungarian, Spanish) I can organize your tailor-made lessons, for example for an exam or for work.

I specialize in tutoring English and German grammar as well as pronunciation. I keep track of a level of progress and make sure my students get their personalized material as well as the support they need from me. I assign homework if needed / requested and will make sure my students get a fitting program to increase their language level as efficiently as possible. I am a very talkative and open-minded person and enjoy tutoring, challenging and guiding people along their journey.

You can contact me for extra German lessons at any level. This may include speaking, reading and writing skills, but also grammar, literary history or exam training.

I myself have a broad German education: MO-A, MO-B and doctoraal.
I have provided German lessons for the Scheidegger Institute, the Educational Center, in-company training and students of VCL The Hague.
In addition to German, I teach Dutch up to and including the level of secondary education and NT-2 to non-Dutch speakers.

I do not assume fixed teaching methods, but tailor the teaching material to you as an individual student as optimally as possible.
In doing so, I make good use of my knowledge from other courses: coaching, counseling, mediation and didactics.

As a retiree I can freely dispose of my time and therefore I am flexible in terms of dates and class times.
In principle, a lesson lasts one clock hour. This can be extended if desired.
I can always be contacted for interim questions.

Finally, I can mention that I am a 'stacker' myself, who from the age of 21 to 55 did all his studies in the evenings in addition to a full-time job.

Hello :) I am an ESL instructor with a BA in American Culture&literature and Teaching English and conducting one-to-one lessons. Currently, I am studying for a master's degree in Applied Linguistics and Tesol, U.K.My specializations are Business English and exam preparations for Toefl, IELTS, Toeic, Cambridge Advanced and Online Teaching. During my lessons, I utilize coursebooks targeted for these exams and provide additional resources for the students if needed. Additionally, I help university students, business people and ex-pats reinforce their English in presentations, essays and conversations.

I am proud to say that the students who I prepared for Toefl and Ielts tests have gotten the required scores for these tests and are obtaining their master's degrees at the University of Leiden and Tu Eindhoven.

Aansluiting op de leermethoden van school (boeken, oefeningen, huiswerk) of thema's uit jouw werkkring zijn daarbij handig.

Ik ben zeer flexibel in tijd en kan overdag, 's avonds of in het weekend. De lessen vinden plaats bij mij thuis in Voorburg of bij jou in de directe omgeving van Voorburg. Indien je dat wilt kunnen de lesuren (klokuren) worden verlengd naar bijvoorbeeld anderhalf uur per keer, wat vooral handiger is bij een langere reistijd. Voor tussentijdse vragen ben ik natuurlijk bereikbaar.
