Présentation

I'm fluent in English and Turkish with knowledge of basic Korean. I have been teaching English as a second language for the past four years. I taught English in South Korea for 3 years and taught English in Turkey for one year.
I try to ensure that my students are having a fun time while learning and focus on the student's needs.

Education

All my education took place in the UK.
The University of Hertfordshire (Film major - 3.4 GPA).
CELTA certified - I received my CELTA in 2015, at British Side in Istanbul and received a pass B.

I have experience teaching students from the ages of 4-40, I have taught adults in classroom settings as well as one on one. I have also taught children aged 4-17, I have taught classes filled with 20 five-year-olds as well as classed with 3 six-year-olds. I have a range of experience with ages and class groups.

When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
