For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.

Recently he graduated master degree in Brussels Conservatorium studying with prof. Boyan Vodenitcharov. Since he has a lot of knowledge of harmonization and counterpoints, he has composed and arranged many works and played many of his own pieces in concerts. Asako will give the cello lessons. She has master degree, cello performance and chamber music, also has an academic university diploma for Musicology. She studied in Japan, Hungary (Franz Liszt Academy), Norway (Norway Academy of Music), and Netherlands (Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Utrecht Conservatoire).She can teach in Japanese, English and on a basic level in Hungarian and French. Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example.
