The class is for those who are interested in Chinese Culture and want to learn Mandarin as a key to understanding more about Chinese Culture. I am a native Mandarin speaker and got the Grade One Level B of the Putonghua Proficiency Test ( 普通話水平測試 一級乙等). I can teach from beginner to advanced level. I can also customize the teaching materials to fit your needs.
Extra informatie
As I studied my first degree in Japan Women University before immigrating to Hong Kong, I am also a fluent Japanese speaker, can speak pretty good Cantonese and fair English. So I can use these three different languages as the teaching language.

Hi, this is Freyia. I was born and grow up in mainland China. I am a native Mandarin speaker. I studied Housing & Architecture and was graduated from oversea university before moving to Hong Kong in 2005. I have got the Grade One Level B of the Putonghua Proficiency Test (國家語言文字工作委員會, 普通話水平測試一級乙等) in 2008. I have almost ten years’ experience in teaching Mandarin and still be passionate in teaching languages.
Even through learning a new language is not easy, my teaching philosophy is to make learning more interesting and enjoyable. I believe it is the only way to learn a language effectively. I could also customize the teaching materials to fit different students’ need. No matter my student is adult or child, no matter which level they are.
