Meditation is being recognized today more than ever as a way, to not only relax, but mostly to drastically enhance our life quality by creating profound changes within us. Yet, to many, the rich offer there is today can seem overwhelming and stops from discovering this beautiful practice.

I specialised in Sound Yoga and Mantra Meditation.
We all have within ourselves the most powerful and wondrous device to heal and reconnect with ourselves : our own voice. As unique as each of us, in its frequency and colors, your voice is you.

During this class we will work on different breathing techniques, opening the voice and feeling the power of its vibration, Chakra harmonisation, getting in touch with the inner-voice, opening the heart and we will conclude with a deep mantra meditation.

The vibration of the sounds, the awareness of the body, the practice of the mantras and the value of the silence, takes the student into the heart of Yoga. The Union.

This is an open level class, without any age or experience limitation

For this class, you don't need anything in particular except comfortable clothes and a private and quiet environment.

It can practiced as a one-on-one class or planned with a small group if you wish.

The hours are flexible and can be discussed according to each students schedule.

Acerca de mí

Ilhem, whose name means “Inspiration”, has been a vibrant and respected vocalist and vocal coach for almost two decades. Her voice being shaped by singing since the age of 10 and the discovery of jazz along with years of experience and experimenting on a broad spectrum of musical fields and stages worldwide, the profound therapeutic aspect of singing became soon evident to her .

Some years ago embracing her own spiritual journey, from the jungle in Peru, up to Monasteries in Myanmar, discovering shamanism and meditation among other powerful tools, she was guided to use her talent to transmit more than songs.
That's how she crafted her own techniques , based on over 20 years of experience, mastering her own instrument, and through her own personal journey, to support people in their path of self-healing and reconnecting with their deeper and inner-voice, following the idea of Yehudi Menuhin that: ” When one sings from his soul, he cures at the same time his internal world. If everybody sings from his soul and they are one with the music, they cure at the same time also the external world. “

Meanwhile, Ilhem studied meditation with Eddie Vero and Mari Nil (Germany/India) and became a certified Sound-Yoga and Mantra Meditation teacher at the “Instituts des arts de la voix” by Patrick Torre in France.
