Classes, choreography and staging! in person or virtually

Are you going home and want to do something special? Let's do it together, whether it's a dance, a performance, or whatever you want—alone, with your partner, family, bridesmaids, or whoever you want. There are two options: I'll teach you how to dance the genre you're going to dance plus the choreography, or I'll just teach you the choreography. It's up to you.

The cost of creating choreographies depends on their duration (in addition to the cost of the class and/or rehearsal).

To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence!
I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects.
There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗
Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅
❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask?
I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form.
We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance.
With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩
Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️

The history of Raqs Sharqi, the Oriental dance, originally began in the Kingdom of Egypt and was initially practiced exclusively in private chambers. Only later was this dance performed to entertain the aristocracy. The essence of the dance was a fertility ritual, and the dancer was a conduit for divine energy. I personally have loved this style of dance for a very long time. I have completed numerous training courses in Vienna and abroad, including with the world-renowned stars Hossam and Serena Ramzy (Drumzy School of Music and Dance UK), where I graduated as a professional Egyptian solo dancer. After many years of rigorous daily training, countless workshops, international performances, and shows, I have achieved the perfection of an Egyptian solo dancer and love and live it with all my heart. As an experienced Oriental dancer, I love to entertain my audience, touch their hearts, and transport them to the magical world of One Thousand and One Nights. I am equally happy to introduce both beginners and experienced dancers to the art of the fascinating Egyptian solo dance. Professionally, I am also a certified trainer and TA coach, guiding groups or individuals gently and professionally through learning processes. In this class, I would introduce students to a variety of dance styles coming from India. This includes Bollywood, Desi Hip-Hop, folk and classical fusions, and Indian classical styles such as Kuchipudi. If learning about different cultures interests you, or you miss dancing in South Asian styles, I teach all levels from beginner to advanced and would be happy to accomodate for any needs. Each class involves one short choreography, which by the end of a 60-minute class you would be able to master.

I have been working as an actress and educator since 2012, and since 2015 I have devoted myself to the study and practice of Butoh dance and physical theatre. My journey in this field began at LUME Teatro, a renowned theatre group with over 40 years of history, where I studied and practised the methodology developed by Luís Otávio Burnier.
In 2015, Butoh entered my life and profoundly transformed my understanding of art and existence. Through the work of Kazuo Ohno and Tatsumi Hijikata, I encountered the depth and expressive power of Butoh not only as an artistic language, but also as a way of life. Over time, what began as research has become a guiding philosophy, shaping how I perceive movement, presence, expression, and the human experience.
Butoh is a Japanese dance form that emerged in the 1950s. It is a practice that works from the inside out, functioning as an active meditation and a process of self-knowledge. In Butoh, the body becomes an instrument of poetry, subjectivity, and transformation, inviting a deep immersion into one’s inner landscape.
Within Butoh, there is the concept of ma, the space in between, referring to invisible and empty spaces where matter cannot be seen, yet which are filled with life and presence. This understanding resonates with aspects of Buddhist philosophy, offering a sensitive invitation to experience oneself, the surrounding space, nature, and life with greater awareness and openness.
