My name is Timur. I am a professional musician and teacher.
Over 20 years of playing guitar and have huge experience in performing on stage with different bands. My production experience is more than ten years.

I'm passionate about making music and would gladly help anyone to enter the world of music production, arrangement and electric guitar (my main instrument).
Depending on your goals I will tailor your music production lessons aiming to cover all the creative and technical aspects you are interested in learning and exploring, providing you with feedbacks as well as showing you the necessary tools you might need to improve your work and widen your musical competences.

My lessons are suitable for:

- beginners who want to play and to make music but don’t know where to start;
- beginner guitarists who decided to improve their technique, improvising skills;
- beginner producers who compose, arrange, record music in ableton live;
- experienced musicians who just start using DAW and choose Ableton Live.

I started making music in 2006, I’ve been using Ableton Live since 2013 and keep developing my composing and production skills. A member of Djinn City and russian-german experimental Vatannar band.

– 2004 – 2008 classical guitar lessons;
– 2013 – 2015 jazz guitar lessons;
– 2010 – 2014 – Kazan Music College (music theory, composition);
– 2015 – 2020 – Kazan State Conservatoire (music theory);
– 2001 – present – continuing taking guitar lessons, self-education, performing on stage.

First of all you will need a computer, a webcam / a laptop with the latest version of Ableton Live – 11 or 10 and a midi-keyboard. You may already have any other equipment such as sound card, microphone, guitar, bass, synthesizers – anything you want to use doing your music.

The guitar is undoubtedly one of the most popular instruments of the modern age. It is so versatile and used in many genres ranging from classical music to Death Metal and even Electronic Music.

I will teach you the basics of playing the guitar, and I'll spice it up later with my experience in composition and songwriting. We will learn by example through the famous songs that shaped our understanding of the guitar. Whether you prefer singer-songwriter-style songs, or thrash metal we'll get there together.

I will teach mainly using the guitar tablature format, we can do sheet music which is generally unneeded for anything besides classical, but I will need to refresh my music sheet reading skills as I haven't had to read any in the last 10 years.
