Hey! I am Ainara, a 31-year-old woman, from the Basque Country, Spain. Currently, I'm living in Perth but I've been traveling around Australia these last 2 years. In Spain, I graduated in Spanish studies, getting my Master's degree in teaching languages to foreign students 10 years ago. Since then,
I've been working as a Spanish real state teacher in high schools for 8 years, though teaching other subjects too such as tourism to foreign adult students and private Spanish language lessons to primary pupils. Lessons are on site or online as the students' convenience. 1h or 1.30h per lesson. Depending on your goals or interests, we can mix reading/writing/speaking/pronunciation lessons as well as grammar and vocabulary activities. I provide all the material needed. Most of the content is based on Spanish or Latin culture (as readings or listening material) so you can master your language proficiency and at the same time discovering other parts of the world and their unique cultures.

Hi there! I’m Ainara, from the Basque Country in northern Spain. My journey into language and teaching began with a degree in English Philology, followed by a specialization in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). I later completed two master’s degrees, one in Education and another in Human Resources, which opened doors for me to connect with people from all over the world.

After teaching for over seven years in Spain, my sense of adventure called me to Australia, where I’ve spent the past two years exploring the country’s incredible landscapes and cultures while teaching Spanish to English native speakers.

Moreover, living here sparked a passion for outdoor wellness, so while I stayed active with gym and yoga classes, I also started practicing yoga and stretching in open, natural spaces—whether by the ocean or surrounded by trees. This experience was so fulfilling that I decided to certify as a yoga instructor, allowing me to bring together physical fitness and a meaningful, mindful connection with myself and the world around me.

■ Since 2009 I have been working at the Cervantes Institute as an OFFICIAL EXAMINER of DELE diplomas (Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language)
(I am fluent in French, so during the course I give all the necessary explanations in French on grammatical rules or vocabulary.
Having extensive teaching experience, I prepare students/adults for all levels of the DELE Spanish Diplomas and for all official Spanish exams within Universities.
