Being a free spirit I believe that we are all different people and therefore I must be flexible regarding the programs and the materials in my classes. As a backpacker I met many cultures and people, I understand that traveling enriches human beings.

My diplomas include a degree in Arts Studies, a Master degree in Social Ciencies (Communication and Journalism), and a semester in Sociology - Feminist Studies. All made in Portugal at the Universidade de Coimbra.

Born following behavioral observation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) designates a whole set of techniques (dissociation, reframing, etc.) and methods aimed at promoting the personal development of the individual. Through a set of techniques and methods, NLP helps to change the way an individual perceives his environment.
