I am a viola and violin teacher. I am currently doing my teaching master's degree at HEMU. I already have a master's degree in performance obtained at the same school. He also appears in other media such as France Musique, the Radio Classique newspaper, Le Figaro, le Grand Échiquier on France 3, Arte Concert, Ouest-France... He is invited, in 2021, to Philippe's show Labro on C8. He joined Beau Soir Productions from its creation, which allowed him to work with Renaud Capuçon and his teams. Paul plays on a Patrick Robin viola, financed by the Safran Foundation for Music, on the initiative of the TALENTS & VIOLON'CELLES association.

The viola, brother instrument of the violin and the cello offers a rich palette of colors and a warm sound that we will learn to develop together. Instrumental practice is central, but we can also make some theoretical digressions (history of music, music theory, etc.) if necessary and according to the wishes of the student. Start by learning healthy posture to produce full, controlled sounds. Learn the notes on the instrument while reading the score. Play in pizzicato then arco to feel the individuality of each hand. Hello, I have extensive experience with students of all ages as a teacher of music theory, violin and viola. Custom classes, focused on student interests. I studied violin degree at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo in Spain and viola in Spain and at the Utrechts Conservatorium. The research of my final exam was about well-being and phisical education to improve and accelerate the learning process. I want my students to be aware of the importance of good posture and technique in order to enjoy the learning process without problems.

My goal is that you come out of the lessons feeling inspired and enriched by music and of course, trying to enjoy together. This class is for anyone interested starting learning or gaining new insights to playing the violin. Depending on the student's final goal we adjust the repertoire and skills that are needed for obtaining the goal. As a musician I am inspired by many styles of playing, with classical music and Scandinavian folk being my main focus. My goal as a teacher is to keep and increase the students love for music as well as offer necessary and appropriate skills to keep the student challenged.
