The first meeting usually is an assessment of the student's initial abilities, so that we can decide together of the needs and methods required. My lessons are based on personalized and playful exercises; they address listening, writing, reading, speaking, vocabulary and grammar.
French is such a beautiful and fun language! You will love it.

As I am a professional musician, my weeks are very different from one to another. I am very flexible and will do my best to provide you with lessons as regular as possible, if needed. About Me
I come from Avignon, France and can speak fluent English and a bit of German. I started Horn when I was 4 years old, and played it with passion ever since. I am a very sensitive, artistic and joyful person, willing to share my skills and knowledge. I always adapt my teaching and methods to the needs of the student. Teaching is so humanly rewarding to me !I can teach either at my place, at the student's place or online depending on the nature of the lesson.

Nicolas has a friendly approach in his horn teaching backed by his high professional standard with very good ears. His feedback is to the point and focused on building up in small steps for long term improvements. His lesson on resuming practice after a break was very useful, which I’m sure will benefit me repeatedly in future. He also very kindly helped me look for a mouthpiece and instrument, which again was very useful. If/when face to face becomes possible, I’d love to get lessons on historical horn from him!
Nicolas is very nice teacher. He focuses on the foundation of piano playing and gives helpful suggestions of where we need to work on currently and how. He also sends exercises according to my level right after the lesson.
Nicolas is an ecellent French teacher with an (linguistic) eye for detail. He uses the surroundings to make our class a relevant experience for me, so that I get to practice French for daily use. He also takes the time to explain the vocabulary and grammar until it makes sense and I can use it in my conversations. All in all, Nicolas is a patient and dedicated French teacher that I would highly recommend!
