I offer personalised Italian lessons for students, adults and anyone who wants to learn or improve Italian in a practical, engaging and motivating way. I have 8 years of experience as a tutor, and what I enjoy most about teaching is seeing my students improve, gain confidence and gradually acquire new skills.

As a native Italian speaker with a strong academic background in languages, culture and communication, I create a tailored learning programme for each student, based on their level, needs, goals and personal interests. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my method to make the lessons useful, clear and never boring or passive.

My lessons can focus on conversation, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, school support or exam preparation. I also teach Italian to people who want to learn it for travel, work, personal interest or cultural reasons.

For beginners, we can start from the basics: pronunciation, everyday phrases, simple grammar and useful vocabulary. For intermediate and advanced students, we can work on fluency, more complex grammar, listening comprehension, written expression and natural conversation.

I like to include real-life examples, dialogues, cultural references and personalised exercises, so that students can immediately apply what they learn. My goal is not only to teach Italian rules, but to help students actually use the language with confidence and pleasure.

Lessons can be held in English, French or Italian, depending on the student’s level and preference.

Extra information

During the first lesson, I ask students to share their current level, goals and interests, so I can create a personalised learning path. Students can also bring school materials, exercises, textbooks or specific topics they would like to work on. For online lessons, a stable internet connection, a notebook and a pen are recommended.

About Me

I am an Italian native speaker with a strong passion for languages, culture and education. I have been working as a tutor for 8 years, supporting students with different levels, goals and learning needs. What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing my students improve over time, gain confidence and acquire skills that they can actually use in real life.

My teaching style is personalised, practical and student-centred. I do not believe in passive or boring lessons: I create an ad hoc learning programme for each student, based on their needs, level, interests and passions. I like to make lessons engaging by using real-life examples, conversation, cultural references and exercises tailored to the student’s objectives.

Hi! My name is Francesco and I’ve been living in Belgium since 2018. I come from a small town in Liguria, in northern Italy, and I am currently finishing a PhD in philosophy.
