Welcome! I am a diversely skilled musician and artist from Australia. A performance graduate of the prestigious Australian National University School of Music, I have a strong foundation in vocal technique that I draw upon to help students develop their own sound.

I have performed and collaborated with well-known international musicians including Grammy Award winning artist Chilly Gonzales. I have toured and released music internationally, achieving acclaim independently, off the back of my own hard work.

My joy of singing is second only to my passion for song-making and creative expression. This is what has lead to my study of piano, songwriting and production, all of which can be incorporated into lessons.

With several, self-made releases under my belt I am able to provide students with a pragmatic approach to their goals as singers, pianists, songwriters, artists and performers.

I am not interested in pushing a technical or pedagogical agenda on students (unless they want me to!) Everyone has something special inside them. I want to help them find it.

Ich biete Flötenunterricht für Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene an. Neben der Arbeit an instrumentaler Technik biete ich unterhaltsame Übungen zur musikalischen Gestaltung, Improvisation und Echtzeitkomposition in der Improvisationssprache
Ich stelle ein vielfältiges Repertoire zur Verfügung, das von klassischer Musik über Pop und Jazz bis hin zur besonderen Betonung des brasilianischen Choro (volksmusikalisch und zugleich anspruchsvoll) reicht, um technische, rhythmische und tonale Fertigkeiten zu erlernen.Ich biete Einzelunterricht oder Unterricht in kleinen Gruppen an und passe mich dem individuellen Niveau an. Wenn es im familiären Kontext möglich ist, empfehle ich Eltern oder erwachsenen Begleitpersonen, ihre Kinder zu begleiten, um die Interaktion und Unterstützung während des Instrumentalunterrichts zu fördern.
Ich bin ELENA , Flötistin und Sängerin. Ich habe Ethnomusikologie, Musikpädagogik in Paris studiert und Flöte bei verschiedenen Lehrern in Paris und Lissabon gelernt. Derzeit spiele ich in der World-Music-Gruppe Faya, die 2019 den Creole-Preis bei der Werkstatt der Kulturen gewonnen hat und ich bin Mitglied der interdisziplinären Kreativgruppe Mosaico. How to work the voice ? Practice ? Perform ? Compose ? Interpret a song ?
It's through technic but also practising songs from your favourite artists that you understand how to place your voice and sing your song and achieve your musical journey. Starting from the basics like breathing support, vocal routines, learning songs to practising stage presence, composition.
In my classes, I go through all this points and focus on what the student needs and wish to learn.

I had the chance to learn with the greatest Jazz singers of the New York scene. I studied, Jazz, Pop, Classical singing, which lead me to understand the voice in its full. For five years I focused on performing and touring with my different projects, and there I built my skills for the stage and being comfortable in front of a crowd.
