Conversations :
Each session consists of listening and speaking exercises on a topic chosen by the participant or the teacher. The focus is placed on pronunciation, syntax, and enriching the learner's vocabulary. Various types of materials can be used, such as books, newspapers, videos, or podcasts. Each conversation session can be tailored as a one-on-one session or include up to three learners.
Extra-help courses :
These sessions focus more on the school curriculum. I encourage pupils to complete practical exercises related to their classes to help them assimilate the material and solidify their knowledge. Whether you need support to prepare for your GCSEs, A-Levels, or the International Baccalaureate, or if you have just arrived in France and require help with French for school, this course is designed for you. Sessions are limited to no more than two pupils.

Je viens du Sud Ouest de la France, dispose d'un doctorat en sociologie de l'éducation ainsi que d'un diplôme de formateur en FLE. J'ai commencé à enseigner la langue française aux étudiants d'Oxford, où j'ai habité une quinzaine d'années. Je suis enseignant par vocation et ma plus grande récompense est de voir mes étudiants atteindre leurs objectifs. Je suis également auteur d'un roman d'"heroïc-fantasy" avec une publication pour l'instant et d'autres à venir. Je me passionne pour le rugby et la naturopathie !

Hello, my name is Charles, I have been teaching French full-time to international students for over 20 years now. I have a doctorate in Sociology of Education, a degree in FLE, and regularly work as a part-time teacher, both online and in person, for language schools in France and England, including the Alliance Française. I offer individual or small group lessons (2 students), for children (from 8 years old) and adults, beginners or more experienced. We establish our program together after assessing your skills and needs. We meet online for free to get to know each other and discuss your needs together.
Individual online lessons are 75 minutes and group lessons are 90 minutes.
