The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing. The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me. After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds? I've been making music for a few years now, but I've also been interested in other instruments (bass, drums, piano, production)! I give private lessons for beginners and intermediates, the theory is not compulsory, and I adapt to the student so that we reach our goals as quickly as possible! The most important thing for me is that as the lessons progress, the student gains autonomy, the lessons are aimed at both children and adults who want to deepen their knowledge of the guitar (or music theory). All levels and all ages are welcome, I have already had the opportunity to give lessons to people who have never touched a guitar, as well as to more advanced people. I adapt according to the student's requests and prerequisites to provide them with a program that suits them best. I like to give small objectives, so that the student can directly see their improvement in the short term, as well as longer-term objectives, which will be worked on regularly during the lessons. I started playing guitar with rock, then moved on to a more rock/funk side and it's been 3 years now that I've focused on jazz. But I regularly come back to my first loves!

Excellent first course! After +4 years without any noteworthy sport activities, it was a bit of a challenge to book this first session, but Danny did a great job in fueling my motivation. He immediately found the right balance between keeping it doable yet challenging. Perfect build up and cool down, I feel the workout but no pain. I think I am hooked!

Nice classes with a strong focus on autonomy and really learning to "play" with the decks. Mélina is a good teacher with patience and experience that you can learn a lot from as a beginner as well as an experienced DJ. Highly recommended!
