Multiple French university champion of Boxing, I have a real passion for this sport and many others. In addition to my results, I was able to support various training sessions in clubs or in particular. In all cases, the pupils saw their performances improve, consolidate, and with the same result concerning their joie de vivre.
The session (between 45min and 1h30 depending on the needs of the student) takes place in several phases:
- Warm up and stretching
- Technical exercises
- Cardio / reinforcement exercises
- Relaxation and stretching.
