In my ballet classes, we blend both classical and contemporary styles. If you're just starting out, we’ll cover the basics and build up from there. We’ll talk about how understanding alignment and flow is key to ballet technique, and I’ll help you get comfortable with the basic ballet terms. For more experienced dancers, we’ll meet you where you're at and work from there. We’ll focus on fine-tuning your technique and adding performance qualities to your practice. In all my classes, I make sure we go at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you grow and enjoy dance for the long haul.

In my contemporary classes, we focus on using breath and creativity to explore movement and push the boundaries of both curiosity and physicality. No matter your experience or level, we’ll create a practice that helps you strengthen your dance foundation, improve your flow, and build confidence. The goal is to feel free in your movement and leave the class feeling like you’ve accomplished something for the day. In all my classes, we move at a pace that works for you, with the aim of supporting your long-term growth in dance and movement.

In our lessons, we will focus on improving your grammar, vocabulary, and speaking skills at a pace that’s comfortable yet still keeps you challenged. We will also cover both formal and informal ways of speaking and writing, so you’re prepared for anything from school and work to everyday conversations. Growing up in a bilingual household, I understand the challenges of juggling multiple languages and the process of learning a new one. As a native English speaker, I am here to help you improve your English, whether you’re in school, need it for work, or just want to get better overall.
