Private saxophone classes aimed at all levels and abilities. Bring your favourite music to classes and make learning fun; I adapt my classes to each individual focusing on your passions.
I can teach pupils for fun or for graded examinations and if you are a complete beginner I will give advice on the best equipment to get you started as quickly as possible.

- I focus my lessons first and foremost on fun. Without passion and enjoyment, learning an instrument is pointless. Scales and exercises of course come into it, but I often blend these with musical examples chosen from the pupils’ preferred musical tastes.
- I will always give tasks and homework to do in between classes.
- I like my students to come to me with artists they enjoy listening to so that we can recreate their work in lesson time.
- I am a professional gigging and touring musician. I have, over the last year, returned to teaching to inspire people that it is possible and attainable to have a career in music.

BA (Hons) in Jazz from Leeds College of Music (2010)
4 A levels (AAAB) Stanwell School Penarth (IT Double, Music and French)
12 GCSE (A*-B) Stanwell School Penarth (including Music, Drama and French)

3 years touring saxophone and vocals with international french pop band “Gypsy Queens”
7 years musical director and saxophone with theatre showband “The Chicago Blues Brothers”
12 years freelance saxophone for bands performing all over the world
2 years teaching Saxophone one to one at Harrogate High School and 4 years private saxophone teaching.

The courses are in French, English or German.
Knowledge of an instrument is not necessary to start producing music.

Hi,

I'm a french bassist based in London. I'm looking to give courses to people who want to learn bass basics or more advanced stuff, as much as technical skills (like slap) to harmony and theory. Also can give Upright Bass courses.
I can learn several music styles, from jazz standards to pop/rock through hip hop and funk for all levels. I can also play bass synth and a little keyboard and guitar.

I learned music at the Conservatory of Paris in France, starting cello at 5 in classical music, then started bass and upright bass at the jazz department. I have a lot of band experiences, from a small band to big band, played a lot of music styles with them like Latin, fusion, jazz-rock, funk, soul... As many covers as there are compositions. I'm also productor for rappers or singers, producing on Logic Pro X.
