Con tres cortometrajes proyectados en festivales internacionales (y un cuarto que se estrenará este año), puedo guiarte con confianza hacia una escritura más sólida, clara y producible, que destaque y, con suerte, llegue a hacerse realidad. ¿No te sientes seguro con tu inglés? ¡No hay problema! من أنا؟

Tanto como profesor que realizador, creo en el trabajo bien hecho y tengo una clara orientación al resultado. Me esfuerzo al máximo para conseguir resultados óptimos, algo que he desarrollado trabajando en los varios proyectos de cine que he realizado y en las clases que he impartido.

Tengo 14 años de experiencia profesional en la producción cinematográfica y sus sectores relacionados. A los 21 años, dos años después de ser becario en una película independiente (The World Made Straight, dir. David Burris), el jefe de producción me informó que iba a producir el próximo largometraje de Nicolas Winding Refn. Me apunté. En The Neon Demon, trabajé como auxiliar de producción en la oficina y aprendí mucho en cuanto a la preproducción y la producción: cotejar guiones, organizar horarios y, sobre todo, coordinar la comunicación entre varios departamentos. Al volver de Los Ángeles, terminé mi carrera (en Filología hispánica y Sociología de la Universidad de Carolina del Norte) y poco después, el equipo de Tres anuncios en las afueras me contrató como auxiliar de producción en el rodaje. Al finalizar el rodaje, decidí enfocarme más en mis propios proyectos. En 2016, me ofrecieron trabajo en un colegio en Madrid como profesor de inglés por las mañanas y, por las tardes, estudié un máster profesional de montaje en la Escuela TAI.

Desde 2024 imparto clases como profesor de montaje en el programa de Bachelor de la Escuela TAI. En 2025, estrena mi tercer cortometraje como director en festivales, “¿Acaso no saben que es el fin del mundo?”, protagonizado por Violeta Rodríguez y Joe Manjón. Mientras tanto, estoy preparando mi primer largometraje.
