I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Lithuanian Sports University and am currently pursuing a PhD.

I have over 10 years of experience working with both athletes and general clients, including members of the Chinese National teams.

My approach is based on the Prague School of Rehabilitation, which focuses on helping your body move the way it was designed to—improving posture, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries through targeted exercise.

This program focuses on improving posture, correcting movement patterns, and reducing pain through targeted corrective exercise and rehabilitation training.

It is ideal for people experiencing discomfort such as back pain, neck stiffness, joint issues, or those recovering from injuries or trying to prevent them.

You will receive a personalized assessment to identify movement limitations and imbalances. Based on this, I will guide you through specific exercises to improve posture, restore proper movement patterns, and enhance body awareness.
