I teach Clarinet, Saxophone and music theory at any level and age!

The guitar lesson will allow you to have an initiation for a person who has no notion about it or who is not necessarily foreign to certain concepts related around the instrument. The work will be carried out in stages, taking into account the level of the student, the objective pursued as well as the time dedicated, all this in a structured, fun way and above all taking pleasure. It will be a question of basic elements such as the work of major/minor open chords, scales, the development of the musical ear and gradually going into the depth of certain styles such as blues, funk, jazz, bossa nova, samba, pop. , rock to dissect other elements enriching the game on the guitar. This progressive work put in place will consolidate the foundations for developing learning over time.

Hello to everyone! My name is María, I am a Venezuelan Cellist. All my musical education was inside the musical program "El Sistema" in Venezuela. This education was based on preparing myself as a better human being though playing cello in orchestras, chamber music and as soloist. I am current studying my Master degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel with Jeroen Reuling. In what consist my lessons? Cello classes for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), it does not matter if you have never played cello before or if you are already studying, the important thing is to help you achieve the goals you want with this beautiful instrument. To have better results with practice, if it is necessary to help you with music theory, I will help you. As well, if you're looking for help in orchestral excerpts for auditions, I'm here for you! For kids, parental support is also important during some lesson, we are all a team and we need to work together to achieve the goals! [ENGLISH, SEE BELOW] A music theory course for anyone who wants to start with a solid foundation in music, or for an already advanced musician who wants to go further. This course is also perfect for an academy or conservatory student who wishes to prepare for the music theory exam. Despite the fact that this is a so-called theoretical course, everything that is seen will first be worked on in a musical context and experienced by the student in order to be assimilated. The theoretical explanations will follow from it by itself. On the program (student's choice) - Ear training (knowing how to rewrite melodies with one or more voices, chords, etc.) - Note readings in one or more keys - Rhythm readings, polyrhythmic work - Encryption and recognition of agreements, - Transposition. This musical theory lesson suits to every level, from the one who wants to learn how to read music to the one who wants to know more about chords, transposition or polyrythms. This lesson is also perfect for a student who wants to prepare an examination. In despite the fact I called these lesson "Musical theory", it is firstly about understanding the music. And that can only be possible by ... doing music. So be aware that we will be singing, playing chords, clapping rhythms, ... My purpose is that the student understand by himself first, then the theory will come naturally. What we can do during a lesson (student can choose): - Ear training (Learn to catch a melody of one or several voices and write it down by ear, recognizing chords, recognizing rhythms, ...) - Rythmical work: learn to clap different rhythms in different time signatures. Also included polyrythms. - Key reading, in one or several keys. - Transposition (learn how to read a flute sheet while you're playing trumpet, ..)

I am a professional clarinetist graduated with distinction at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Master Degree in Clarinet) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). Currently I am studying for a Master's Degree in Bass Clarinet, so we can combine both instruments in my lessons. I teach students of all ages and levels. In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes. On top of playing, I can also offer lessons on harmony, form analysis and counterpoint that focus on understanding the structure of music. My lessons will already include many different aspects of the music being taught but there is the option of focusing the theoretical or the practical. i am looking forward to teaching you music!

Experienced didgeridoo player to teach how to play the instrument. I offer classes at my home or at the student's home, or in the open air if the weather is nice. I can teach you basics, advanced techniques, and structures to play well. I also have a lot of exercises to work specific muscles. Getting to make the sound is the first step. In my classes I aim to transmit first of all my passion and love for music. I like to prepare a personalized programme adapted to the level and exigencies of each pupil. I also aim to include some violin duos, to be played with me during the lessons, as I believe playing with other musicians is one of the best ways to enjoy music and learn useful musical and technical skills at the same time. Another essential factor in my classes is correct and natural posture while playing, to let music heal our souls instead of hurting our bodies! ;) I have been practicing Yoga for a few years, and have experienced the importance of good posture and targeted light stretching, especially for younger players in a phase of growth and change. I like to help pupils to develop good technical skills in a fun way, always applying technique to targeted repertoire and keeping in mind that technique is nothing but a means of expressing ourselves through music. I give lessons in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

I am Ignazio, professional guitarist with a Master in Jazz and an aggregation at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, a 5 year Diploma at the International Music Academy in Milan, 6 years classical guitar, a Bachelor in General Management specializing in the music market . I have many years of experience in teaching and numerous concerts. I am also sponsored by Ibanez, DV Mark and Gruv Gear. I teach Rock, Jazz, Blues and Acoustic guitar lessons in Brussels. Je voudrais travailler de deux manières différentes: d'une part, nous pouvons travailler sur les aspects techniques de l'instrument; par ailleurs, on peut travailler sur le répertoire et la musicalité. J'essaie d'adapter ma façon d'enseigner à l'élève, en pensant toujours à mon expérience en tant qu'étudiant, musicien professionnel et enseignant, toujours pour aider l'élève à s'améliorer et à se sentir bien en apprenant. Je donne aussi des cours de solfège, d'harmonie et d'analyse de la musique, car c'est une bonne base pour les musiciens et aide à comprendre la structure et le fonctionnement de la musique. Les cours peuvent être en espagnol, anglais et français.

However I can help you perfectionate sound and timing, rhythm, vibrato, etc…, work on the accuracy of the reading and at the same time make it sound musical and human. On jazz music and/or improvisation, expand the vocabulary for improvising, the knowledge of harmony, what you can do with the material you know from different perspectives, increase precision and sense of direction when phrasing lines, learn more jazz standards, help on original compositions. And of course share all the better understanding of jazz music I learned during my years in New York City.

My teaching method is adaptable according to the level of the student (beginner or more advanced). The lessons are dynamic and work on three aspects: technique, interpretation and musicality. But above all, the pleasure of learning to play a beautiful instrument like the clarinet. I approach with the student a varied repertoire that is close to his heart.

After two years of BA music degree at Consrvatori Liceu, I switched to Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, where I am pursuing my university degree currently. During my tenure I have participated in many competitions, such as The Wiener Klassik International Competition in Vienna, Sergei Prokofiev's International Piano Competition in Prague, International Piano Competition in Cøpenhagen, Györ and many more. Also, I am active as a concertmaster. Some of the highlights are, concerts in Belgium(Brussels, Namur), Prague, Cøpenhagen, Vienna, Györ, Barcelona, Badalona and Nürnberg.
