We are all different people with vastly different voices, meaning that the road to becoming good singers is never the same. I try to look at each student as an individual with a different unique lesson path.
Whether it's technique, improvisation, composition, arrangements,...
There is always something you can work on to make yourself a better singer/musician.

I tend to focus on the following aspects:

- Technique (mostly from CVT)
- Pitch (working on intervals)
- Standard jazz repertoire
- Playing/learning through improvisation.

I am a trained singer- songwriter & professional musician with a BA (hons) in Composition. Originally from london I moved to Brussels to do my masters degree. I am a trained singing with a level of grade 8, I have also spent the last 6 years touring as a front women and also a backing singing with various artists around europe, including 1 top 10 artist. I understand that although it's great to have a strong technique it's also about letting go and having confidence in your ability so you can relax in the moment.

I welcome students of all levels and all ages and teach a range of genres from Jazz to Rock. Alternatively I am happy to focus on technique if that is something you prefer to work on.

My name is Federico and I am a professional and Award Winning saxophone player.
I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor.
I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco.
In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso.
I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe.
I recorded a solo album called "Right Now" with the famous Italian label "Philology Records" & the album"Supernova" with my own band. I also recorded several albums with different bands and of many styles, from jazz, funk to pop.
I toured with the famous Italian Drummer Tullio De Piscopo (Pino Daniele, Mina, Astor Piazzolla's drummer) and also had the chance to make a variety of television appearances on Italian National Television (Rai1, Rai5, Rai3).

A seasoned and passionate musician since the age of 15, I gave my first lessons more than 10 years ago. I am an excellent pedagogue, and I adapt to the level of the student, whether in terms of technical mastery of the instrument, ability to read notes (or tablature), as well as understanding music theory and of the theory. I put myself at the service of the student, his level and his tastes and musical projects. I have a thorough knowledge of music theory, particularly in jazz, and a long experience of playing together (jazz, rock and progressive metal). I am a professional drummer, composer, and performer based in Brussels, with an active career in jazz, improvised, and creative music across Europe.

Whether your background is rock, pop, world, indie, or anything else, we focus on what serves your music, and on what learning this instrument can become. My goal is not to tell you strictly how things should be done, but to help you find your own way of doing them. To strengthen the musician that already exists inside you, and give you the tools to grow with confidence and independence.

I offer private drum lessons focused on long term development rather than isolated sessions. My work with students is based on regular weekly lessons, helping each drummer build solid technique, musical awareness, sound, and a personal voice in the instrument.
