Hello ! My name is Gabriel, I am from Bordeaux. French is my native language and I would love to share about my culture with you. My teaching approach is interactive, engaging, and easygoing. I favor a practice based on real-life scenarios and everyday conversations using the appropriate vocabulary and grammar. I also give a lot of anecdotes about the French culture and lifestyle to make things alive and fun. Whether it is for school, work, travel, or personal interest, the lessons are tailored to the needs and objectives of each person. I usually set clear and challenging tasks but attainable goals. The lessons take place online using Zoom and can be 45 to 90 minutes long depending on your preference. More about me: I studied physical chemistry in Germany, where I obtained my PhD degree and started teaching mathematics, physics, and chemistry for Bachelor and Master students. After working 7 years as a researcher in theoretical chemistry, I decided to focus on my passion for pedagogy. In 2018, I built up my own company to become a freelance teacher. Since, I have supported more than a hundred students in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and French too ! I also love to travel and my job allows me to do it. In 2024, I went for a surf trip all along the Wild Atlantic Way and I fell in love with it. If everything goes well, I will be living in Galway by the end of 2025.
