Violin lessons with fun and passion!

In my classes we will study music theory, learn the posture and various violin techniques, work on the sweet sound production and on the pieces/songs that you like!

Having an experience of teaching full time in Singapore for 4 years, I have came up with lots of methods in teaching and helping my students with progress in violin playing. Currently I went on to continue my studies in Switzerland and now am offering online classes to everyone who is interested in learning to play Violin

I’m very patient and diligent teacher. From my students I expect involvement, concentration in class and of course passion for violin:)

For beginners we would start with learning Music Theory and how to apply it to the violin. Followed by learning the posture and techniques on how to produce sound we will gradually get to the point where a student will be able to play simple tunes in 1-2 months!

For intermediate and advanced students we will work on the repertoire based on their level of playing, as well as supporting the process of learning new pieces by adding exercises and scales to improve their technique and to ease the study of a piece! I enjoy working on different styles and periods of music and also to improve student’s sound and musicianship!

You will find our classes easygoing and fun!

Education

- Diploma with Honours at Kyiv Specialized Music Boarding School named after M. Lysenko
- Bachelor’s degree with Honours at Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore (Completed)

While studying in Singapore, I started to teach privately and also to study myself how to teach a vary age of students. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree, I have stayed in Singapore and had 3 Years of full time teaching position at “LVL Academy” in Singapore

Hello! My name is Larisa and I recently graduated with a master's degree in pedagogy from the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne.

Currently, I am also a music teacher at the Bilingual School of Swiss Romande and at the Teremok school in Lausanne. Furthermore, I am involved in many musical projects, such as the cooperation with various accordion orchestras in Switzerland, artist within the company Ad'Opera and ContaCordes, co-founder of the Duo Larmarosso (accordion/violin).
I am very open, sociable and attentive to the interests of my students. My goal is to find an individual approach for each student.
I teach in French, English or Russian.

I offer saxophone and musical language classes at all levels. I have experience in pedagogy since I have taught for several years in different music schools.

As for me, I am Ana, graduated in saxophone from the Escuela Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona. I am currently studying the master's degree in interpretation at the Haute École de Musique de Genève. I also have a degree in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Graduated with a Master's degree in musical interpretation from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel in viola da gamba, I have just moved to the Geneva region.
Passionate about teaching, I am currently pursuing a new Master's degree in Pedagogy at the HEM in Geneva.

I offer instrumental lessons in viola da gamba, but also lessons in music theory or musical awakening, for children, adolescents and adults.
I have been teaching for many years, in private lessons, music schools and music courses, for individual or group lessons.

In my musical teaching, I emphasize playing, listening and sharing.
Above all, I seek to make musical learning fun, to develop the pleasure of playing, and to stimulate the search for expressiveness and theatricality in instrumental playing.

On several occasions, I had the opportunity to work on the organization and development of group activities with young people. These experiences aroused in me a great interest in education, which led me to make the decision to become a teacher by doing a master's degree in pedagogy at the University of Valencia, thus renewing and reaffirming my passion for this domain.

I have extensive experience in teaching children from 6 to 18 years old, and in other words, there is a great experience for workers with groups of adolescents and children, while maintaining creativity, dynamism and perseverance in my work.

I offer classes in Spanish, English and French.

Now at the Haute École de Musique de Genève- HEM. I speak Portuguese, English, French and also Norwegian. I give private piano and music theory lessons to students of all levels.
