I'm a native English speaker from Norfolk that wants to help you improve! My niche is teaching students who struggle with ADHD or associated symptoms. However, all students would benefit from this interactive learning style! We'll cover frequently used words, conjugations, idioms and further important, fun topics. Additionally, we'll cover learning/study skills, how to make a boring subject interesting, and "how to study smarter - not harder" using the science of memory.

About me:
I've always valued learning but I haven't always been good at it.
I spent my high school years (in the UK) teaching myself all the tricks in the book to succeed in the hopes I'd live up to my own expectations.
I struggled with time management, staying on task, forgetfulness, boredom, learning differently from others, etc. Sound like you?
Eventually, after lots of trial and error, I figured out what works!
Now I have so much to share to uplift people like me who just needed a little bit extra attention and a few extra tricks.

I'll teach you everything you need to know about English. You are going to learn to talk. Learn to write and read. It will be very nice to understand the English language well. You will also understand the grammar well. All classes are a lot of fun and I am sure it will be a lot of fun for you as a student.

Where necessary, I offer additional guidance and appropriate support in the field of the English language in particular, but German or NT2 is also possible. All lessons are tailor-made lessons.

I provide tutoring and homework support for English. This does not only concern English grammar, spelling and vocabulary, but also reading comprehension, literature and translation theories.

In my lessons I focus entirely on what you need help with. For example, if you would like extra explanation about things you run into, or would like guidance with homework or when preparing a paper, a book summary or a speaking assignment, I would be happy to help you with that!

I keep the classes flexible. For example, these can always be canceled and they do not have to be scheduled with much time in advance. I want to keep my relationship with the student and parents personal, as I am only a student myself.

I have been an English tutor for the last four years and have experience in working with children and teenagers between the ages of 3 and 18. I have worked both in groups and individually, as well as during language immersion summer camps.

I provide a safe, engaging and age-appropriate learning environment with methods and materials carefully tailored for each of my students individually. I allow for freedom in the process and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. My students learn actively through practice and together, we continuously work on their use of English in real-life situations.

I have more than 10 years English teaching experience at schools.
