Hi future students!
My name is Zuzia. I was born in Lublin, Poland. I currently live Nijmegen and study Chemistry. I have been an English tutor for the last four years and have experience in working with children and teenagers between the ages of 3 and 18. I have worked both in groups and individually, as well as during language immersion summer camps.

I provide a safe, engaging and age-appropriate learning environment with methods and materials carefully tailored for each of my students individually. I allow for freedom in the process and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. My students learn actively through practice and together, we continuously work on their use of English in real-life situations.

Please contact me before booking a lesson. In your message, include:
- the date, time, length and type (online/in-person in Nijmegen) of a lesson that would be convenient for you
- student’s age
- student’s level of proficiency in English (this may be indicated as a CEFR level or a description of what you think your level might be)
- what you would like us to work on (e.g. any known issues, areas that the student needs help with, specific topics)
- any additional questions

Zusätzliche Informationen

In-person classes:
Our classes will take place at the student’s location, preferably in a room with a space to sit and write (desk, dining table etc.). All the materials will be provided by me in a paper form.

Online classes:
Our classes will take place online through Google Meet. All the study materials will be shared in a personal Google Drive folder before the lesson. There is no need to print any of them but feel free to do so if you like.
All the relevant links will be shared before the lesson.
- you need a device with access to the internet, microphone, preferably with a webcam and a bigger screen (e.g. laptop, computer or tablet)
- you must be able to run Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Docs and YouTube on your device

Hi future students!
My name is Zuzia and I am a student from Poland.
I have been teaching English as a second language for four years now. I have experience working with children and teenagers between the ages of 3 and 18.
I believe that learning should be a pleasant, fun and engaging experience, therefore I create a safe and active environment for my students. I like to teach with the help of engaging exercises and materials that allow my students to come out of their shell and use their English in practice, which is essential for them to use it actively.
I am always excited to see my students improve and become more confident in their skills, watching their journey is one of the most important parts of tutoring for me!
