About Me
I am a certified Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga coach by the One Yoga Thailand school.
Practicing regularly for 5 years, my training as well as my various internships abroad (Bali, Zanzibar, ...) have helped me to acquire a certain experience which allows me to adapt my courses to all levels: beginners, intermediates and confirmed.
I was also able to develop a personal pedagogy through which I share my knowledge with my clients and my students.
My classes can be taught in English or French depending on your preferences.
I invite you to come and discover Yoga with Hope Arts Studio, or to deepen your knowledge if you are already practicing.
Because we are connected, we are alike, we are one.

💃 Oriental dance in Marrakech – A physical, emotional and feminine journey

An oriental dance class in Marrakech, designed as a ritual of reconnection with oneself: therapeutic, creative and profoundly liberating.

Each session is structured to offer a balance between technique, expression and well-being:
• a gentle body warm-up to activate breathing, release tension and refocus;
• learning the fundamental movements of oriental dance: isolations, undulations, accents, posture, coordination;
• a choreographic phase, to bring gestures and emotion to life through music;
• a return to calm (cool down) with stretching and breathing, to integrate the session gently.

This course is aimed at all women in Marrakech – residents or travelers – who wish to:
• discover or learn more about Egyptian oriental dance,
• explore their femininity in movement,
• experience a reconnection to the body and emotions through dance therapy.

Ideal for groups of friends, hen parties, birthdays...

A professional dancer, coach and teacher for over 15 years, I kindly guide you through a fluid, intuitive and grounded body practice.

Individual or group class ( 20 people maximum), the classes are taking place outdoors or indoors, on a Yoga mat, without or with the help of numerous accessories, balls, blocks, circles, and rollers. I teach Yin yoga or Hatha yoga and Pilates, Let's start in your mat right now.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin involves long-held poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on passive stretching and finding stillness, which encourages the release of tension and promotes flexibility.
Yin yoga poses are usually done on the floor, and practitioners are encouraged to relax their muscles, allowing gravity to do the work. This practice fosters a meditative mindset, helping to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
Benefits of Yin yoga include improved joint mobility, increased circulation, and a sense of calm. It's a great complement to more vigorous styles of yoga or workouts, providing balance and promoting overall well-being.

Hatha Yoga links postures much faster than Yin yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscle elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.
In Hatha yoga, the pace is typically moderate, allowing practitioners to explore poses deeply and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes may vary in style and intensity, but they generally emphasize mindfulness and connection to breath.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and core stability, it emphasizes controlled movements, breathing techniques, and awareness of body alignment.
Pilates can be practiced on a mat or using specialized equipment, such as the Reformer, which adds resistance to exercises. The core is the primary focus, but Pilates also targets various muscle groups throughout the body.
Key benefits of Pilates include improved strength, better posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced body awareness. It’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation or athletic training.
