I am Chinese, I have been practicing and teaching yoga for 8 years and I learned yoga in the Indian yoga town named Rishikesh.
Besides yoga, my major was Social and Health Psychology, and I am a licensed CBT psychologist as well.

In general, I use yoga (meditation) and psychology to help clients with their physical and mental health, and it always has a good outcome.

I am a peaceful, energetic girl who always loves smiling and has a positive attitude about everything.
Opleiding
My bachelor's is in marketing in China.
My first master's is in Learning and development in organizations in the Netherlands
My second master's is in social and health psychology at Maastricht University.
I got the certification of 200 hours RYT in 2015
