Do you want to play the harpsichord, basso continuo, or piano? I am a professional harpsichordist, concert performer a​nd teacher based in The Hague who was working in a Conservatory and many music schools during my studies. We can make a flexible schedule depending on your plans.

I'm offering productive music lessons in a friendly environment. I'll guide your development from any level. I treat every student as an individual, and I adapt my approach accordingly - whether making music is your hobby or you have rather serious plans with it. Depending on what you aim for, I'll choose nice pieces/songs and interesting exercises. I always care about leaving my students with the necessary tools for practice on their own when I'm not around to guide them. You'll learn a stable intonation, and develop your rhythmical sense, musical interpretation, good posture, and apparatus that works for you individually. Together we can go not only for classical but also pop, rock or film music. What you might also enjoy during the lesson is playing together in a duo with me - so you can experience making music with another person, which is super fun! There is many fantastic advantages to learning music, such as the growth of your musical taste and artistic sensitivity, and as even science proves - enhancement of your brain capacity. I did my first bachelor in modern flute in Madrid (RCSMM), graduated from my master in Zürich (ZHdK) and am currently doing a bachelor in Historical Informed Performance Practice (HIPP) on historical flutes at the Koninklijk Conservatorium den Haag. We will focus on the music that You want to be able to make. I specialise in Composition and have a life long experience with the guitar, piano and songwriting (including production and mixing). Our goal will be to plan a project (recording, youtube video, spotify, live performance, etc.) and set a timeline to make it happen. About Harmony Course: Students learn principles of linear harmonic continuity and guide tone lines; minor key harmony; subdominant minor; blues theory and chord progressions. Students also learn melodic rhythm, form, and melody/harmony relationship. - Stylistic Composition Courses - About Counterpoint Course: We will explore the mechanics of basic contrapuntal technique, focusing on the horizontal aspects of composition; in other words, how melodies interact with one another. The course begins with writing a simple melodic line that works with an existing melody. About Fugue Course: A fugue is a multi-voice musical form that hinges on counterpoint between voices. The pupil will compose fugues for a single instrument (most notably a piano or other keyboard instrument), or they can write them for several individual players.

My name is Andrea , I am a professional double bass player who obtained the Master Degree in classical Double Bass at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There are no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth.
