About Me
Approach to Tutoring:
My tutoring philosophy is rooted in fostering creativity and critical thinking. I encourage my students to explore their unique artistic voices while providing guidance and technical
expertise. I believe that art is not just about creating beautiful images but also about
conveying emotions, stories, and messages through visual expression.
Why I Love Tutoring:
Tutoring is my passion because I get to witness the transformative power of art in my
students' lives. I find immense joy in guiding individuals on their artistic journeys, helping
them unlock their full potential, and witnessing their growth and confidence flourish.
What Sets Me Apart:
What makes me unique as a tutor is my extensive background in both the practical and
technical aspects of art. My experience as an educator and a maker gives me a holistic
perspective on the art world. I bring this interdisciplinary knowledge to my teaching,
providing a well-rounded and enriching learning experience. I am a very good listener and
have helped many students deal confidence issues and personal struggles through art
making.
Success Stories:
I take pride in my students' achievements. Several of my past younger students were able to have excellent grades on their Art and Design A-levels, while the older students found the courage to start and progress their artistic endeavors, and their positive feedback is a
testament to my dedication as a tutor. If required I can provide their contact for reference.
