With guitar lessons in Basel you will get to know the instrument from the ground up and can play different styles - be it classical, pop, blues, RnB or simply campfire songs. My name is Vlad, 23 years of age, and I have been a student at Basel Music Academy (Basel Musik Hochschule) in the class of Ivan Monighetti since 2015. My journey in cello and music started in my home town Sochi (Russia), where I won multiple rewards around the city and the country, as well as having been a Laureate of International Competition. In order to improve my skills, I studied in Moscow's Frederic Chopin College of Music Performing from 2013-2015. Since 2012 I started teaching students, which has given me a great deal of experience in teaching style. Most of my students were children, although I am happy to work with students of all ages. Lessons can be held in English as well as in Russian.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! During the first part of the lesson, we will focus on Technique and breathing, while during the second part of the lesson we will focus on the repertoire chosen together with the student, applying the aspect of the technique that we worked on previously in the lesson.

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term.
