Hello there! My name is Tommy, I'm a 24 year old from Dublin, Ireland with a degree in Law & French from Galway University. I speak English, Irish and French in that order. I currently work as a web journalist for the 'Dublin People' news agency. My articles are published weekly on a wide range of issues local to Dublin. As I can do this job part-time from my laptop, I am spending some time in Montpellier to explore and experience something new. I believe my passion for good English could be helpful to French students who are already comfortable with basic grammar. My classes will focus on honing the following skills; 1. Pronunciation, Elocution and Fluency of Speech. 2 .Listening Comprehension. 3. Writing Techniques and Expressive Language. 4. Essay Writing and Structuring. 5. CV Preparation and Job/Course Application. Being a sociable person, I would hope to make my classes an enjoyable experience for my students. I will make use of a wide array of teaching methods, including using examples of entertaining writing and testing listening skills on the most difficult of native accents.
