I tailor my classes around the interests and needs of my students. With children, especially, so they are learning the language through their existing interests and this helps them stay motivated. With adults, I specialize in Business English and make sure I understand how they could immediately apply what they’ve learnt. So we start with an email, a presentation, whatever they’re working towards. I believe good teaching takes time, attention and a safe space to make mistakes :)
