According to the subjects but also the studied supports (extract of novel, document, newspaper article, photo ...) the method of analysis can completely change and disconcert the pupil. It is as important as good knowledge on the subject because it allows you to work effectively without feeling stressed. To have a good method is also a considerable gain of time, it allows a fluid argumentation and makes a duty pleasant to read for the teacher. My goal is to give methodological keys to make a good argumentation and / or commentary of text, document that it is in Literature or in History. The student will learn to know how to determine the main ideas of a text, then to order them according to a plan, to make a clear and precise introduction and a conclusion. He will also learn to differentiate the stakes of a document (eg one does not treat in the same way a testimony, an extract of novel and an official speech). As far as literature is concerned, the bases of the figures of speech can be seen. However, this course is completely adaptable to the needs but also the desires of the student according to his strengths and weaknesses.
