Mathematics Tutoring for Grades 1–10 (Qualified Teacher)
Àpd 88.43 $ /h
I offer mathematics tutoring for students from Grade 1 to Grade 10, with lessons adapted to each student’s level, needs, and learning style.
Whether the goal is to build confidence with basic numeracy, improve understanding of core concepts, prepare for tests and exams, or strengthen problem-solving skills, I focus on creating a supportive and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
As a qualified teacher with a Master’s degree in Primary and Lower Secondary Education and a specialisation in Mathematics, I aim to make mathematics more understandable, engaging, and confidence-building for every student.

Présentation
I am a qualified teacher from Norway with a Master’s degree in Primary and Lower Secondary Education (Grades 5–10), specialising in Physical Education, Mathematics, and Music. I currently work as a homeroom teacher and subject teacher, with experience teaching Mathematics, Physical Education, Science, Music, and English.
I enjoy creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and build confidence. My teaching style is patient, clear, and student-centred, with a strong focus on understanding rather than memorising. I believe students learn best when they feel seen, supported, and challenged at the right level.
I work with both primary and lower secondary students and adapt lessons to each student’s individual needs, whether the goal is improving grades, preparing for exams, building confidence, or developing better study habits. I particularly enjoy helping students who feel that mathematics is difficult and showing them that with the right guidance, they can succeed.
Alongside teaching, I have a strong interest in health, wellbeing, and outdoor education, and I value helping students develop both academically and personally.
I will be relocating to Zurich in August 2026 and look forward to supporting students and families there.
