Classical Violin class. We will be studying the violin itself. How it works, standard use techniques, the classical way of playing the instrument as well as develop the very own and unique technique of every student. Moreover, of course we shall learn how to read a pentagram and any and all terminology that comes with it. Mia is a Montenegrin violinist. She has traveled the world, starting with studies at the University of Music in Montenegro, to China, at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. She was a member of the National Symphony Orchestra of Montenegro, but her desire for discovery took her to other spheres. In the meantime, during her studies in Montenegro, she was invited to participate several times in the Young Euro Classic Orchestra, playing at the Berlin Konzerthaus, with renowned musicians like: Liana Issakadze, Heinrich Schiff, Anreas Reiner. In 2014, she met her teacher Anton Martynov who gave her many opportunities to develop as a violinist, in Paris in France and recently in Belgium. In 2023 she obtained another Master Didactique in Royal Conservatory in Mons, Belgium.

My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.

I started taking violin lessons at the age of 7. After years of training I am currently continuing my violin studies at Utrecht Conservatory. I have also attended music theory class for 6 years, because it is very useful to have some knowledge of it when playing any instrument. If you would like, I would be more than happy to share some knowledge of music theory along with the violin lessons. Lessons are private and not in groups.
