Hello! My name is Brendan, and I can help you improve your English. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals, and I also volunteer heritage railways, where I lead on steam theory on the Kent and East Sussex Railway in Kent.

These are English skills for speaking, reading, and writing. This will help children with their studies at school and adults to live and work in their country.

This is 1-1 either in person or via the computer as Skype or Facebook Messenger.

There is an assessment to find what level the student is their language skills.

Learning a second or third language is important and very useful in this day and age.
I like to make my classes fun, with different kind of interactive activities. I think it’s important for students want to put in the work which is why I find it important to keep students motivated.
The aim of these lessons, is for you to reach your goals and achieve the level of fluency you want to achieve, no matter what level you’re starting from. This of course all depends on the work you’re willing to put in! No matter what, these lessons will be helpful whether it’s a hobby or it’s for your career development.
I’ve had experience with students of all ages, mostly children, but some adults as well.

I am a semi retired MFL teacher with over 30 years experience.
Since taking early retirement two years ago, I have been successfully delivering private tuition to a range of learners, including adults and younger children.
I can offer French and German from beginners to advanced level. I can also offer English as a second language. My lessons involve including all four skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
I have been tutoring via Zoom for the past 15 months and can provide excellent, independently verifiable testimonials from past and current clients.
I have an in depth knowledge of the requirements of all the main exam boards. I have tutored students for GCSE, IGCSE (Cambridge and Edexcel) as well as standard and higher IB and Advanced level French and German.
