I have been teaching Yoga for over 16 years for well-being, health of body and mind, to know your emotions and your relationship with yourself.
I specialize in Restorative Yoga and Integral Yoga, with activation spaces to strengthen your body, working a lot on body and mental awareness.
Classes tailored to your needs.
I am a meditation instructor and have helped many people begin their journey of self-knowledge and healing.
I have also been a Family Constellator since 2016, and I work online, serving patients from different parts of the world. Constellations are a therapy based on a family tree that helps you free yourself and heal deep-rooted patterns of behavior, which can manifest as illness, problems with your partner, problems with work, addictions, self-esteem problems, depression, among many others.
I have studied different techniques to help you on your path to the peace and happiness you desire.
