With an eye for detail and a focus on personal guidance, I help students and trainees take their culinary skills to the next level. From basic skills like cutting techniques and hygiene to creating complete menus and working with seasonal produce, I create a learning environment where experimentation and learning go hand in hand. My style is energetic, structured, and motivating. I encourage students to be curious by tasting, experimenting, and constantly challenging themselves. I view cooking as both a craft and an art, and it's my mission to pass on this enthusiasm to a new generation of chefs and food enthusiasts.
