I have completed a university degree in German and spent time studying at a university in Germany. Learning language has always been my passion and I am very excited to share this with others. I will help you understand the basics of German grammar, establish a useful vocabulary, learn to read, write, and speak the language comfortably, as well as provide you with plenty of time to practice what you have learned in a nonjudgmental environment.

This course is for students who may be struggling in their high school/university courses, or anyone who has an interest in the German language. I am very outgoing and have worked as a student mentor for the past 5 years. It would be a pleasure to help you learn this fascinating language!

Présentation

It may sound a bit cliché, but I LOVE helping people. Further, I LOVE learning and helping others learn languages. Ever since I was a child, I was fascinated with traveling, other cultures, and foreign languages. Coming from a family with German ancestry, I made it one of my life's goals to master the German language. I purchased just about every book and computer program related to German culture and the language that I could get my hands on. After completing a four-year degree in German as well as studying at a university in Germany, I accomplished my goal. It is my pleasure to be able pass my knowledge on to you!

I also tutor the English language. As a language student, I consider myself an expert in matters of English grammar and syntax.

I am the type of teacher who will always be a calm and encouraging mentor to you, while also making sure that you are progressing! I am very kind and outgoing and love making new friends. My hobbies include hiking, camping, reading, fishing, cooking, and spending time with the people I care most about!
