Aurélie FRENCH: I offer piano lessons, awakening / initiation to music and music theory. I live in Madrid and I am a student in the Higher Degree in Singing (Jazz and Modern Music). I devote a good part of my time to teaching (music and language) in the form of private lessons online or at home. I started tutoring children at home when I was living in Germany. During the 22-23 academic year, I gave piano lessons to students of all ages at the RedMusik music school (Igualada, Catalonia). I studied piano and other instruments for over 15 years at the UGDA and the Conservatoire de Musique de la Ville de Luxembourg. After many years of music theory and piano, I obtained the certificate of "Première Mention" from the Conservatoire, with the mention "Très Bien". A good music lesson should include not only reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, audition and rhythm exercises. Professional flutist. Higher Degree in Interpretation and Master's Degree (+ Music Training) at the Higher Conservatory of Music of the Liceu of Barcelona. Flute and/or musical language classes are offered to beginner or intermediate level students, as well as preparation for conservatory entrance tests, reinforcement of analysis, music history... Adaptation to each student taking into account their particular needs and objectives. The classes aim to provide the student with technical tools with the instrument so that they can advance, enjoy and, most importantly, avoid frustration by knowing how to study later at home. I would like to help young flutists by sharing everything I have learned during my years of training. I think that many times you do not have the right teachers and the student can become frustrated by not making progress. My goal is to help prevent this from happening :)

Music Theory for all levels: In this lesson you will get deep knowledge and understanding of music. Either you are a complete beginner, an instrumental performer, or you want to prepare for entrance exams into a music conservatories, these classes are perfect for you. Together we are going to read, listen and analyze music and work towards understanding it in a musical, structural and compositional level. In addition, for the instrumentalists that may join the class, we can even discuss and work on pieces that you are already studying at the moment, regarding on your musical interpretation, the piece's structure, analisys and time period.

Viola classes for all levels! My name is Raquel, and I am a graduate of the Viola Master at the Antwerp Conservatory. If you want to learn viola, this is your chance! We will start by knowing your level and what you would like to learn. From there we will work together as necessary. The most important thing is that you enjoy learning and playing music. I can also give musical language classes, or reinforcement of other subjects that you need. I also have experience as a violin teacher with beginner students. Classes can be in both Spanish and English.

I graduated with honors from the "Amadeo Roldán" Conservatory in Havana as a lute player, instrument teacher, and ensemble practice teacher. I also perform in the execution of the guitar, the piano and the Cuban tres, as well as group work. This class is aimed at those who are interested in learning music, either theory or practice. This is a discipline that requires rigor and demand, something without which it would not proceed. The passion and love for this art will play a transcendental role in the assimilation of the contents and the importance that can be given to it.

My mission as a teacher is to transmit my love for music through everything I have learned throughout my studies in the last 20 years. I have experience since 2016 with individuals, colleges and schools, starting with students from scratch and also offering complementary reinforcement classes to their studies at the conservatory or school. My classes are completely adapted to the level and objectives of each student, getting to know them and trying to fully adjust to their concerns, their work rate and their personality. My teaching method is adapted to the curriculum of professional conservatories, my classes being a good option to support and reinforce the subject. For the musical initiation classes with the little ones, we begin with rhythm and height identification games, as well as proposing a first approach to music through singing and body percussion.

My name is Pilar, I am a pianist and piano teacher with extensive experience in the field of music education. The areas in which I move cover various styles and levels. I am specialized in the interpretation of classical music, as well as in questions derived from musical theory: language, harmony or analysis. Likewise, I propose the classes in a didactic, flexible and dynamic way, learning about various styles, both classical music and current music. I enjoy teaching and I have many voices that support my experience and good practices, from children to adults.

I truly believe that each of us has our own unique way of dancing that is not always connecting with a specific category or type of dance. A piano class for beginners. I have over ten years of piano and music theory experience and passion that I would like to use. Class units include: I. Develop Music Comprehension Skills: Teaching the basic music vocabulary, keys, theory, and techniques. II. Cultivate Motor Skills: Practicing chords, scales, muscle memory, using both hands, finger facility, and strength. III. Reading music: Practicing songs, chord building, intervals. IX. Integration: Combining all of these skills to read music and play beginners piano music, practice ear training, sight-reading, harmony, and advanced rhythms. X. Progression of song difficulty, and quantity and quality of pieces. Homework includes listening to songs to practice the Suzuki method and practicing scales, chords, and encouraging songs to be played 10-30 minutes each day.
