I am a tutor available in the Coppet area. I am a native English speaker who recently finished a PhD in Physical Chemistry at the University of Cambridge. I have advanced education in math, physics, math, computer science and chemistry. I can help students in need of some extra help with their homework or exam preparation. I strongly believe that the traditional classroom environment is not for everyone. I enjoy helping students find their own approach to learning to help them succeed.

Graduated in mathematics and physics, I offer my help to students who encounter difficulties in these two subjects. My approach is to review with them the key points of the lessons and to assist them in their homework, whether at home or through online sessions via webcam.
Do not hesitate to contact me for a first request; I usually respond within 24 hours.
My goal is to help the student understand his course and his exercises, and to guide him on the right path so that he can succeed in his school or university year. I support students of all levels, from 14 years old to the second year of university, in the fields of science, economics or any other field where courses in mathematics, statistics, computer science and physics are exempted.
Classes can be given at home (with a price including the class and travel expenses) or by webcam (with a specific price for the online course).
For rehearsal sessions, I generally recommend between 1 and 2 hours per week, and up to 10 hours per week for intensive review and refresher courses.

Le 1er cours permet de faire un bilan des connaissances et des besoins de l'élève. Un planning de travail est alors mis en place.
Les cours suivants viseront plusieurs objectifs : Je donne de nombreux conseils méthodologiques, afin d'améliorer les résultats et gagner en confiance pour devenir autonome, avoir un bon dossier scolaire, assurer la Maturité ou un autre examen ou concours dans les circonstances actuelles.

Titulaire d'un diplôme ingénieur et d'un doctorat d'Université en sciences, passionné par l'enseignement et les mathématiques, patient avec les adolescents et avec 15 années d'expérience, je dispense des cours en mathématiques tout niveau (Pré-Maturité, Gymnase, Préparation toutes Maturités...).

I am a mathematics teacher and I offer additional hours for private tutoring in scientific disciplines. These courses are primarily aimed at middle and high school students in Geneva, whether they attend private or public schools, as well as adults who have passed this level but wish to refresh their knowledge for professional purposes.
Generally, I can begin tutoring within three days of your request. I travel throughout the canton of Geneva using the TPG public transport system, and travel expenses are included in my rates. For long-term support, I can also provide exercises to complete between sessions, which I will correct at home. I am fluent in English for English-speaking students.
