My method is eminently conversational, even if you just want to improve grammar or vocabulary. That's the best way to make the best of our time during the class. Also, only Spanish is allowed! Even if you feel your level is not high enough, I'll ask you just to try. Don't worry, from my experience I can tell is the best way to learn (and I'm pretty sure you will agree with me from minute one).
