- Description of the French lesson: During this type of tutoring we work purposefully: you choose one theme in advance that you want help with. It can be a grammatical element, a specific skill that you want to practice, learn to summarize, logical reasoning, etc. You bring all your material that you already have (school / self-study) and you come to class prepared and with concrete questions . Each tutoring session requires at least half an hour of homework if multiple sessions are used. - Not sure where your gaps are? Then you can choose to follow the first two tutoring hours as "intake - French". We will then look together at what your skills are and how extensive your knowledge is in terms of grammar and vocabulary. Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics.
