Everyone has a message, a personality, things to convey, but not always the tools to communicate them effectively. However, no one is born a great speaker; it's a journey. Whether you want to ace a professional presentation, excel in an oral exam, or improve your everyday oral communication skills by being more assertive, clear, and eloquent, I will give you the keys to achieving your goals.
My method is multidisciplinary and draws on rhetoric, theatre, improvisation, singing and relaxation. It thus allows me to address a multitude of needs such as stress management, letting go, body and voice control, spatial awareness, non-verbal communication, writing and structuring a speech.
Initially, we'll take the time to meet and define your needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. We'll then dedicate the necessary time in subsequent sessions to work on each aspect to strengthen your speaking skills and eloquence.
Each session includes the transmission of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and role-playing scenarios, accompanied by personalized and tailored feedback.
At the end of this program, you will be able to:
