Sign up for a band playing lesson as an individual instrumentalist, and you will be paired with other like-minded musicians to form a band. I will pair musicians of similar levels and who share similar musical interests together. We will meet once or regularly based on the students availability, and will go over the basics of what it means to play in a group, put a repertoire of music together, and take your musicianship to the next level. Too often when learning an instrument, we fail to do what is ultimately the end goal of these long hours spent practicing : making music with others. This is also a great opportunity to meet fellow musicians and share your passion with others. PS : at least one to two years of experience on your instrument is recommended to sign up for band playing lessons.

Finding an adequate teacher when learning an instrument is key to making this learning experience fruitful and enjoyable. After years of experience as an educator and performing musician, I have perfected a teaching method that allows students to follow their own musical aspirations and interest, while developing a strong foundation on the instrument.
